  • Where is Holidai Beauty?

    We are located in the heart of Gosford on the Central Coast, a short walk from bars, restaurants, train station & shopping centre.

    Our address is 1/156 Mann St, access is in The Strand Arcade (just beside the Red Cross Op Shop & ANZ Bank). About half way down the arcade you will see our signage on a big glass sliding door. Head up the stairs and we are on the first floor!

  • Where should I park?

    Please allow plenty of time to park, as Gosford can get busy throughout the day. Street parking is available, but limited. You can park for free in The Imperial Centre for free for 3hrs (just a short walk from the salon). Or there is a multi-story car park out the back of our building (turn at Erina St), where parking is $2.20 per hour.
    Please pay attention to parking signage as it differs throughout the area.

  • Can I bring my kids?

    Although we would never refuse, we respectfully ask that, where possible, you try to book your appointment on a day that you can come without your little ones in toe. Holidai Beauty is a space where you, and other clients can come to relax, and enjoy some peace and quiet while we treat you!

    Please note: our salon is up one level, with no elevator, so unfortunately our building isn’t pram-friendly.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    There are a few ways you can book, and our favourite is the online booking platform! Click the ‘BOOK ONLINE’ tab at the top of the page and follow the prompts to choose an appointment that suits you!
    Alternatively, give us a call, text or DM on social media to book an appointment.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

    Life happens, and we understand this. However, we have a strict fee for last-minute cancellations, reschedules & no-shows. Any cancellations or reschedules within 24hrs of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the services booked. No-shows will also be charged this fee. We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you can’t make your appointment, so please don’t wait for your confirmation to let us know. The more notice you give us, the more time we have to offer that appointment to someone else.
    If you do need to move or cancel your appointment, you can easily do this by clicking the link in your confirmation email, or give us a call.

  • What are your opening hours?

    We operate Tuesday-Saturday, and Taylor will be available for in-salon appointments during these times (providing she isn’t out getting someone ready for their wedding day!). Abbie is available for bookings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays.

    Tues - 9am - 5pm (closed some Tuesdays)
    Wed - 9am - 7pm
    Thu - 10am - 7pm
    Fri - 9am - 3pm
    Sat - 8am - 3pm
